Welcome to Holographik Space – a special place where work, culture, and social moments come together. To keep the environment pleasant for everyone, we invite you to respect the following house rules:

Space Guidelines

  • Kindness is key – Treat fellow guests and our team with warmth and respect to keep the space inviting and inspiring for everyone.
  • Designed to last – Please avoid placing drinks on sofas to help maintain a comfortable space for everyone.
  • Pet-friendly – Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the showroom zone.
  • No outside food or drinks – Consumption of personal beverages and food is strictly prohibited. Please support our carefully curated selection of drinks and snacks available at the bar.
  • Respect our neighbors – Be mindful of noise levels, especially when on the terrace.
  • No smoking indoors – Smoking is not permitted inside the space.

AM & PM Program

  • During the day, Holographik Space functions as relaxing coffee and coworking place – guests can enjoy specialty coffee, meetings, and a productive atmosphere. If you're working, we encourage you to use our designated laptop-friendly tables.
  • After 5 PM, we transition into a more social, cultural, and relaxed atmosphere with a no-laptop policy. This is your time to unwind, immerse yourself in the evening vibe, and engage in meaningful conversations, workshops, talks, and networking opportunities.

Payments & Orders

  • Cards only. We are a cashless space – all transactions are card-based.
  • One drink = One hour. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, each drink allows for a maximum stay of one hour—please be mindful of this during peak times. Feel free to explore our diverse menu and discover new favorites throughout your visit!
  • Tipping is optional but always appreciated.

Filming & Photography

  • The space is under video surveillance for safety reasons. By entering, you consent to being filmed, with content potentially shared on social media or our website.
  • Professional photoshoots of branded items are not permitted. If you're interested in booking a photoshoot at Holographik Space, please reach out to us for details.
