Our First Coffee Bean Selection
For a while, we’ve been thinking about how our coffee could exist beyond the bar.
As our coffee program evolved, we kept coming back to the same idea: the coffees we love serving every day should be available to enjoy at home too.
That led us to our first retail selection of whole beans. Rather than offering a large selection from the start, we chose two coffees that best represent our approach and everything we want our coffee program to be.
El Rosal is our house coffee from Colombia and the one we brew every day. Smooth, balanced and approachable, it has notes of honey, orange, plum and toffee with subtle chocolate undertones. It’s the coffee most people already know from Holographik Space and the one many of our regulars keep coming back to.
Alongside it is Sidamo Taferi Kela from Ethiopia. If you’ve visited us before, you’ve probably seen it on our second grinder. That’s where we regularly rotate different coffees to explore new origins and flavour profiles, and Sidamo has been one of our favourites. With floral and citrus notes balanced by brown sugar, peach and cherry, it felt like the right coffee to introduce alongside El Rosal.
These are the two coffees you’ll now find available as whole beans at the bar.
If you’re not sure which one to take home, you can always try them first. Just ask one of our baristas and they’ll be happy to brew you a cup before you decide.
