Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our space or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Use of Space and Services

Guests must respect our House Rules and follow staff instructions at all times. Holographik Space reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone violating our rules and policies.

Bookings and Rentals

Rental of our showroom or Holographik Photostudio requires prior reservation and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once full advance payment is received.

General rules for private rentals and events:

• The space is inspected before and after use to assess its condition.
• Please treat the space, equipment, furniture, and all items with care and professionalism.
• Users are responsible for any damages and must report them upon leaving the space.
• All equipment and personal belongings brought into the space are the responsibility of the renter. Holographik does not take liability for any damage or loss.
• In case of rule violations, Holographik reserves the right to charge additional fees for cleaning or damage repair.
• Renters assume responsibility for the safety of all persons present during the rental period.

Terms of collaboration for private events:

• If the bar spend exceeds the minimum stated in your offer, the additional amount must be settled by card on-site after the event. If the spend is below the minimum, the remaining balance will be invoiced.
• External furniture and branded materials are not allowed. Holographik Space operates as a white-label venue. Branded visuals are only permitted through projection or subtly integrated into the space without compromising its aesthetic.
• Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. Catering partners and menus must be announced and approved in advance.
• Curtains and blinds will be drawn during private events to ensure privacy and exclusivity.
• Full payment for the rental is required in advance to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 5 or more days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellation between 5 days and 48 hours before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: payment is non-refundable.

Use of Holographik Photostudio

• The space is inspected before and after use to determine its condition.
• Treat the space, equipment, and furniture with care and professionalism. Any damages must be reported immediately and will be charged to the renter.
• All photographers, videographers, assistants, and crew entering the white cyclorama must wear protective shoe covers.
• Equipment and props brought into the space are the responsibility of the renter. Holographik does not take responsibility for any damage to them.
• Please leave the space clean and tidy. Dispose of waste in the designated recycling bins and return furniture and equipment to their original position.
• Failure to follow the rules may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
• Renters are responsible for the safety of all persons present during the rental.

Payments

We are a cashless business. All payments must be made by card. Rentals and services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to Section 4 for event-specific cancellation policies. Refunds are subject to the terms and timelines described. We reserve the right to withhold refunds if cancellation occurs outside the allowable window.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photography, and materials on this website or within Holographik Space are the intellectual property of Holographik Space d.o.o. and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. All data collected through our website or during interactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy below.

Liability

Holographik Space is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during your visit or rental. Users are liable for any damage caused to the space or equipment and must ensure safety throughout the duration of their use.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of our space or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Zagreb.

Information We Collect

• Personal information: name, email, phone number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information.

We collect this data when you interact with our website, contact us, use our services or subscribe to our newsletter.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
• To provide, improve, and personalize our services.

• To analyze website usage for performance improvement.

Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission is entirely secure.

What We Store, and Why

Strictly necessary, set without consent because the site cannot work without them:

• hs-cookies: records your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. Stored in your browser only, for six months. Not sent anywhere.
• hs-news-view: remembers whether you last read the News page as a grid or as an index. Stored in your browser only. Not sent anywhere.

Analytics, set only after you accept:

• _ga and _ga_DZPDYYY6K7: Google Analytics 4. They count visits and show us which pages are read, so we know what to write more of. They last up to two years and can be deleted at any time in your browser. Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics for page counts. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device: visitors are counted from a hash of the request, which is discarded after 24 hours and cannot be traced back to a person. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, it runs without consent.

We use no advertising cookies, no marketing pixels, no social media trackers and no profiling.

Your Choice, and How to Change It

When you first arrive you can accept or decline analytics. Both are one click and neither is preselected. Declining costs you nothing: the site works exactly the same.

To change your answer later, click Cookies at the bottom of any page. The choice reappears and whatever you pick replaces the old one. Withdrawing is as easy as giving, as the law requires.

Your answer is remembered for six months, after which we ask again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
