A studio you can shoot in without building it first. One wall is a white cyclorama, eight paper backdrops hang on the rail, and the whole studio goes from full daylight to complete blackout in a few minutes. The windows face the right way, so most of the day you can work on natural light alone and only add fill where you want it. When you need control instead, the lighting kit is already here and included in the price: Godox and Broncolor strobes, Amaran LEDs, octaboxes, a beauty dish, umbrellas, C-stands, sand bags and V-flats. Nothing is rented separately.
It is a separate studio, not a corner of the main floor, so a shoot can run while everything else in the building carries on. There is a fitting room next door, a meeting room if the client comes along, and coffee at the counter. Time is counted from when you walk in to when you leave, and about fifteen minutes over is free. One parking space comes with the booking; tell us in advance and we will hold it. Bring your own props and equipment if you want to, and leave the studio the way you found it.

Dates, booking and arrival
Easiest through the Book the Space button on the site — pick Photo Studio, choose the day and the time in the short form, and you see straight away what is free. You can also always write to photostudio@holographik.space.
The basic request goes through the Book the Space form: day, time, duration, package, furniture. On that we come back within 24 hours with confirmed availability and a quote. For the quote and the invoice we need the billing details — a company: full name, address and VAT number; a private person: name, surname and city. The booking is confirmed once the rent is paid in advance.
You can — get in touch and we agree a time to walk through the space before you confirm the shoot.
You pick the keys up from, and return them to, the staff at the bar of our café, right next to the studio.
Yes — one private parking space behind the barrier comes with the studio, which is ideal for unloading gear. The entrance is from Žajina street; when you reach the barrier call our team on 095 582 0175 or 095 395 1342 and someone will raise it. There is public parking in the streets around.
Price, payment and duration
Yes, the studio can be rented by the hour. An hour is 70 € without equipment (Basic) or 75 € with equipment (Standard), plus a one-off cleaning fee of 30 €. All prices are subject to 25% VAT. For longer shoots the packages are cheaper: half day, full day, extended.
The rent covers the space and, if you want it, the photo equipment. All furniture and additional set elements are charged separately, from the catalogue.

Furniture, backdrops and set
There is always some furniture in the studio, because the space doubles as a showroom for Holographik Objects. You are welcome to use it to sit down and put your things on, but it cannot be used in frame unless it is rented from the catalogue.
You can decide on the spot and pay on the final invoice after the shoot. Prices are per shoot, not per hour, and 25% VAT applies. We send the furniture catalogue with prices on request.
Yes — the catalogue price is fixed per shoot, whatever the number of frames the piece appears in.
The studio has three built-in backdrops: a white cyclorama, a black brick wall and a raw concrete wall. On top of that there are eight paper backdrops in colour, all included in the rent. Cutting a paper backdrop is 12 € per roll.
Of course. If you want to shoot on the concrete or on the black brick and something is in the way, tell the colleague who lets you in and we move it.
Shooting, equipment and production
Yes — the studio is built primarily for shooting video content: editorials, product, portraits, music videos, reels and podcasts. The space goes from natural light to full blackout easily.
You can. If you bring your own gear we recommend the Basic rent, the studio without equipment, which is cheaper. If you need ours, that is the Standard rent.
Yes, please let us know a couple of days ahead, ideally one or two, which equipment you need, so we can have it ready before you arrive.
The studio is self-service, but we prepare all the requested equipment and the set before you arrive. A colleague is usually nearby to help; at weekends we cannot always have a team on site, so for shoots that need assistance we recommend weekdays. If you need one, an assistant for lighting can be arranged at 20 €/h + VAT.
Yes — through the Holographik production team we offer photography and video services, from BTS to product and editorial, with basic post included. The ballpark is 400–600 €, depending on scope.
