The bar is ours at every event — outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are charged on consumption, on top of the rent. The drink selection can be limited, pre-arranged and fully tailored to the event.

One private parking space is included, more on request. Public parking is also available nearby.

Which day and start time?

Time is counted from walking in to walking out.If you need to set up or take down, add those hours to the booking.

If you need to access the space earlier for setup and preparation, or stay later outside of working hours, please leave us a note with your request and preferred timing.

Do you need anything else?

Tech, setup and cleaning, the bar team and the standard furniture are already in the price. Add only what you need on top.

      A few notes and guidelines

      • The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid; the rest is settled after the event.
      • Rental time is counted from entering to leaving, setup and dismantling included. Around 15 minutes over is free; longer runs on the hourly rate.
      • The whole space is closed to the public for the duration of your event.
      • Drinks are charged on consumption, on top of the rent. Outside drinks are not allowed — the bar is always ours.
      • Food comes through our catering partners, or you bring your own caterer — we agree which one when we send the offer.
      • Equipment and props you bring are your responsibility. Leave the space as you found it.
      • One parking space is included — let us know in advance so we can hold it. More on request.
      • Cancelling more than 7 days ahead returns 95 % of the payment, between 7 days and 48 hours 50 %, inside 48 hours nothing.

      The space180 m² inside and the 100 m² terrace, closed to the public for the whole booking.
      FurnitureChairs and tables for guest seating, two long wooden tables ideal for catering, four high stools often used for moderators or speakers during presentations, as well as plinths and smaller decorative pieces. Everything can be arranged to suit the setup of your event. Additional individual design pieces are available at a daily rental rate. See the pieces
      BarThe bar and our bar team behind it, at every event. Outside drinks are not allowed — everything goes over our bar, charged on consumption, on top of the rent.
      Technical setupFour microphones with the house sound system — we can record voice over them if you need it. Projector and full-wall projection. A clicker for whoever is presenting. DJ equipment and speakers.
      LightDimmable RGBW Hue floor lamps can be positioned throughout the space as needed, while integrated linear LED lighting runs the full length of the ceiling and can be set to any colour — allowing the atmosphere to be adapted to the event, presentation or brand.
      Splitting the spaceSheer curtains and sliding partitions allow the space to be easily divided into smaller areas or separate zones, depending on the needs of the event.
      DaylightBlinds on every window, so the daylight comes down as far as the event needs. The space does not go to full blackout.
      The restWi-Fi, cloakroom, two toilets, one parking space, and our team on site through the event.
